Shell command injection via unescaped static IP fields

OS command injection in Rostelecom CS-C2SHW 5.0.082.1 allows physically proximate attackers to inject Bash syntax through a QR code. The /etc/init.d/S99custom startup script reads attacker-controlled static IP fields from /config/ip-static and inserts them into Bash commands without escaping. The camera accepts the malicious configuration only before account linking succeeds, and successful QR configuration forces the reboot that reaches the vulnerable script.
