Code execution via path-traversing template filename

Arbitrary file write in rConfig 3.9.6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code through the template editor. The ajaxEditTemplate.php handler accepts a fileName containing ../www/ and writes attacker-supplied PHP beneath the web root without constraining the destination path. The endpoint requires an authenticated administrative session; requesting the resulting template executes code as the web-server account.
