Access-control flaw in Oracle Transportation Management 6.3.7, 6.4.2, and 6.4.3 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify data. Oracle identifies only the Security component and has not published the affected endpoint or the incorrect operation performed on untrusted input. Exploitation requires a low-privileged account, HTTP access, and interaction by another person; impact is limited to reading some data and updating, inserting, or deleting some accessible data.
