Improper Bluetooth write handling in Dr Trust USA iCheck Connect 118 firmware 1.2.1 allows physically proximate attackers to control the device. The BLE GATT interface accepts connections without pairing and processes attacker-supplied write requests against exposed characteristics. An attacker within Bluetooth range can alter device behavior, while published evidence identifies no confidentiality or availability impact.
