File-upload flaws in Oracle Financial Services Revenue Management and Billing 2.7.0.0, 2.7.0.1 and 2.8.0.0 allow attackers to access data. Oracle identifies the File Upload component but has not published the flawed operation or input handling that enables the unauthorized access. Exploitation requires low-privileged HTTP access and another person's interaction, enabling reads and updates, inserts, or deletion of some accessible records.
