Out-of-bounds read in Delta Electronics CNCSoft-B 1.0.0.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute code through a crafted XLS file. Within the DOPSoft application's XLS parser, inadequate validation of user-supplied data reads before the start of an allocated data structure. Execution occurs in the current process and requires the target to visit a malicious page or open the malicious file.
