Persistent device disablement via unvalidated XML configuration

Missing XML validation in Hamilton Medical HAMILTON-T1 2.2.3 and earlier allows physically proximate attackers to disable the ventilator. The configuration importer accepts modified XML files without adequate validation and applies their settings, leaving the device unable to restart. Physical and privileged configuration access are required; the ventilator remains unusable until serviced by an authorized technician.
