Unauthenticated command execution via shell.jsp parameter

Command injection in OpenClinic GA 5.173.3 allows remote attackers to execute operating-system commands via crafted web requests. The /openclinic/util/shell.jsp endpoint accepts the c parameter as a command and executes it after issuing a valid session cookie. Two requests are required, but no credentials or user interaction are needed; commands run with NT System privileges on the tested installation.
