Authenticated data disclosure and service interruption via XXE
Published Jan 12, 2021 · Updated Sep 16, 2024
XXE in three TIBCO EBX Add-ons 4.4.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read EBX data and partially interrupt service. The affected XML-processing path resolves attacker-supplied external entities, but TIBCO has not disclosed the parser, file, or request endpoint involved. A low-privileged account with network access is required; the bounded consequences are unauthorized EBX-data reads and partial service interruption.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
