Contacts disclosure via URI permission bypass

Permission bypass in the Android 11 Framework allows local users to read contacts through crafted URI grants without user interaction. The checkGrantUriPermission method in UriGrantsManagerService.java incorrectly permits access to protected contact-provider URIs. A locally running low-privileged application is sufficient, and the documented consequence is contacts disclosure without data modification or service interruption.
