Access control failure in Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking allows remote authenticated users to read critical data over HTTP. Oracle has not disclosed the affected Infrastructure locus or the incorrect operation it performs on untrusted HTTP input. Low-privileged credentials and network access to the HTTP interface are required; successful exploitation reads all accessible data and alters or deletes some data.
