Cross-site scripting in Oracle Email Center 12.1.1 through 12.1.3 and 12.2.3 through 12.2.9 allows remote attackers to read or modify data. Oracle identifies Message Display as the affected component but has not published how it mishandles untrusted content. Exploitation requires no authentication over HTTPS but does require another person to interact; successful attacks expose all accessible data and permit some updates, insertions, or deletions.
