Denial of service in Aircrack-ng rtl8812au 5.6.4.2 allows attackers to interrupt networking via crafted Wi-Fi frames. A loop of raw open-authentication frames drives the 88XXau join path into rtw_cfg80211_ch_switch_notify, where nl80211_send_chandef raises a kernel warning and networking becomes unavailable. The target must use the affected Linux driver with compatible wireless hardware; the demonstrated consequence is network interruption rather than code execution or data access.
