Denial of service in Oracle Java SE 7u241 and 8u231 allows remote attackers to interrupt Java through Networking inputs. Oracle has not disclosed the affected Networking API or the incorrect operation it performs on untrusted input. Exploitation requires sandboxed applet or Web Start code that is untrusted, or a service that supplies attacker-controlled data to the affected API.
