Victim-authorized actions via missing CSRF tokens

CSRF in Intland codeBeamer ALM 10.x through 10.1.SP4 allows remote attackers to perform actions as a logged-in user via crafted requests. State-changing endpoints accept predictable requests without anti-CSRF tokens; Lax session cookies expose GET actions, while persistent login cookies lacking SameSite expose GET and POST actions. A victim must be logged in and load a malicious link or form, after which the request can delete a dashboard or assign administrator rights within the victim's authority.
