Service interruption via exponential email-regex backtracking

Regular expression denial of service in validate.js 0.13.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt services via crafted email input. The email validator's PATTERN expression applies ambiguous matching to attacker-controlled addresses, causing exponential backtracking. Exposure requires an application to pass untrusted email values to the library; the resulting CPU exhaustion can block the hosting process.
