Privileged data compromise and partial service interruption
Published Jan 15, 2020 · Updated Sep 30, 2024
Access control failure in Oracle Enterprise Manager Base Platform allows remote authenticated users to compromise data over HTTP. Oracle identifies the locus as Enterprise Config Management but has not published the faulty operation or request that defeats the intended controls. High-privileged credentials are required; exploitation reads critical or all accessible data, modifies or deletes some accessible data, and partially interrupts the service in versions 12.1.0.5, 13.2.0.0 and 13.3.0.0.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
