Packet injection via plaintext broadcast fragments

Improper input validation in Siemens SCALANCE W-700 devices before 1.2.0 allows physically proximate attackers to inject network packets. The Wi-Fi receive path accepts a plaintext second or later broadcast fragment and processes it as a complete unfragmented frame. The attacker must be within Wi-Fi range; no authentication or user interaction is required, and injected traffic can bypass protected-network encryption.
