Packet injection via fragmented-frame misprocessing

Improper frame processing in the OpenBSD 6.6 kernel allows physically proximate attackers to inject arbitrary network packets over Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi receive path accepts a last fragment without a first fragment as a complete frame, delivering its encapsulated packet instead of rejecting it. A victim must interact with the attack mechanism, and the attacker must be within Wi-Fi radio range; the consequence is forged-packet delivery rather than reported disclosure or interruption.
