An undisclosed flaw in Oracle APM - Application Performance Management 13.2.0.0 and 13.3.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to access data. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as APM Mesh and has not published the incorrect operation it performs on HTTP input. Exploitation requires a high-privileged account and can disclose all accessible data, modify or delete some data, and partially interrupt the service.
