Enterprise Config Management flaw in Enterprise Manager Base Platform 12.1.0.5, 13.2.0.0 and 13.3.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter data. Oracle identifies Enterprise Config Management as the affected component but has not published the flawed request handler or its operation on HTTP input. Low-privileged access is required; exploitation permits limited data reading and modification and can partially interrupt the service.
