A Repository flaw in Oracle Enterprise Manager Base Platform 13.2.0.0 and 13.3.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to read critical data. Oracle has not published the faulty Repository function, request field, or validation error that enables the compromise. Exploitation requires high privileges and HTTP network access; it permits complete read access, limited data changes or deletion, and a partial service interruption.
