File read and write via crafted XML import

XML external entity injection in Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN Manager 20.1.12 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read and write files. The web UI's XML import path parses crafted external-entity entries without safely rejecting their resolution. Exploitation requires authenticated access and import of a malicious XML file, exposing files within the affected application.
