Authenticated file access via XML external entities

XXE in the web UI of Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN Manager 20.1.12 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read application files. The XML import path resolves attacker-defined external entities while parsing crafted XML instead of disabling external entity resolution. Exploitation requires an authenticated web UI session and a user to import the crafted file; the reported impact is confined to application file access.
