Authorization bypass in Cisco Integrated Management Controller 4.0(4h)C and earlier allows remote authenticated users to download files. Affected API endpoints perform improper authorization checks on crafted requests, permitting actions beyond the caller's assigned permissions. Valid CIMC credentials and network access to the management interface are required; impact is limited to file downloads and changes to some configuration options.
