Data exposure and modification in PIA Core Technology in Oracle PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.56 and 8.57 allows remote attackers to alter and read data. Oracle has not published the vulnerable request path or the wrong operation that PIA Core Technology performs on attacker-controlled input. Exploitation requires unauthenticated HTTP access and interaction by another person; successful attacks read a subset of accessible data and alter, insert, or delete some accessible data.
