Unauthenticated database reads and writes via permission name

SQL injection in FUEL CMS 1.4.11 allows remote attackers to read or modify database data through a crafted permission name. The /fuel/permissions/create/ handler uses the untrusted name parameter in a database query without neutralizing SQL syntax, enabling error-based extraction. The published request carries a CMS session cookie and CSRF token, although NVD assesses the network path as requiring no privileges or user interaction.
