Buffer overflow in gnuplot 5.5.0 allows context-dependent attackers to crash the process or execute code via crafted plot input. The plotrequest() path fails to bound an enhanced-text fragment before copying it into its destination buffer. A user must process attacker-controlled input; the resulting memory corruption can crash the process or execute code in that user's context.
