Unauthenticated data modification via undisclosed Message Hooks flaw

Oracle CRM Technical Foundation 12.1.3 and 12.2.3 through 12.2.9 allows remote attackers to alter application data via HTTPS. The flaw resides in the Message Hooks component, but Oracle has not published the request path, affected operation, or input-handling error. Exploitation requires no credentials but does require another person to interact with the attack, and its reported consequence is unauthorized updates, inserts, or deletions rather than disclosure or service interruption.
