Privileged web access via calculable hard-coded passwords

Hard-coded credentials in Enphase Envoy R3.x and D4.x allow remote attackers to access privileged web-panel accounts via calculable passwords. The pam_emu authentication module deterministically derives each account password from an MD5 hash of the public serial number, username, and static strings. Unauthenticated access to /info.xml exposes the serial number, so network reachability is enough to calculate reusable installer and Enphase credentials that users cannot change.
