PL/SQL in Oracle Database Server Applications DBA 11.2.0.4, 12.1.0.2, 12.2.0.1, 18c, and 19c allows local users to alter data or interrupt service. Oracle has not published the affected code path or the operation that mishandles attacker-controlled input. Exploitation requires low-privilege local logon and interaction by another person; impact is limited to some data and partial service interruption.
