Host filesystem access via jail attachment race

Race condition in FreeBSD 12.2-RELEASE before p4 and 11.4-RELEASE before p8 allows remote authenticated users with jailed root to access host files. jail_attach(2) changes the process prison before its caller changes the current working directory, creating a race in which jailed root can attach with ptrace(2) and redirect the process root outside the jail. Exploitation requires root privileges inside a jail and winning this transition window; successful attacks gain full read and write access to host files and directories.
