An availability vulnerability in Oracle Security Service versions 11.1.1.9.0, 12.1.3.0.0 and 12.2.1.3.0 allows remote attackers to cause partial service interruption via HTTPS. Oracle identifies the affected locus as the SSL API in Oracle HTTP Server but has not published the underlying faulty operation or trigger details. The attack requires no authentication or user interaction and affects availability without reported confidentiality or integrity impact.
