Incorrect authorization in Siemens SINEMA Remote Connect Server before 3.0 allows remote authenticated users to access unauthorized services. Web Based Management routes guessable service URLs without enforcing the unprivileged account's authorization for those endpoints. An unprivileged account is required; exposed services permit log and template disclosure, unauthorized changes, and service interruption.
