Local password disclosure via plaintext file

Unprotected credential storage in Rockwell Automation ISaGRAF Runtime 4.x and 5.x allows local users to read plaintext passwords via file access. The runtime keeps the password in a file beside its executable and copies it into memory without additional protection. Local unauthenticated access to the runtime directory is required, and exposed passwords can disclose credentials and enable further authorized actions.
