Denial of service in Core RDBMS in Oracle Database 12.1.0.2, 12.2.0.1, 18c, and 19c allows remote authenticated users to crash it. Oracle has not published the specific Core RDBMS operation or input-processing error that triggers the failure. Create Session privilege and OracleNet access are required; successful exploitation causes a hang or frequently repeatable database crash.
