Arbitrary code execution in UCOPIA Wi-Fi appliances 6.0.5 allows local users to execute commands via a restricted-shell escape. The admin account uses rbash, but the restricted command interface permits invoking less and then !sh to obtain an unrestricted shell. Exploitation requires administrative access to the appliance and grants command execution with admin-user privileges.
