OS command injection in Nagios XI 5.7.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands through a crafted web request. The web application accepts an Email Address value without proper validation and passes it into an operating-system command context, allowing appended input to execute. A valid application account and network access to the web interface are required; no additional user interaction is needed.
