File disclosure via development-server path traversal

Path traversal in the easywebpack-cli development server before 4.5.2 allows remote attackers to read host files via crafted GET requests. When easy server runs with -d, its file handler accepts ../ path segments and resolves them outside the configured content directory. The server must be running on a reachable port with an effective directory selected; exposed files are limited to those readable by the server process.
