Application crash via null-address line-table write

Invalid memory write in Libelfin 0.3 allows local users to crash applications that process a crafted ELF file with the library. The line_table::line_table constructor at dwarf/line.cc:104 performs a one-byte write through a null address while parsing the file's DWARF line data. A user or workflow must cause a Libelfin-based application to open the file; the resulting SIGSEGV terminates that application.
