Authenticated SQL injection via unescaped rule identifier

SQL injection in modrules.php in NexusPHP 1.5 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary SQL via the id parameter. The page inserts the id value directly inside a quoted SELECT statement without escaping or parameter binding. The published proof of concept requires an administrator session cookie and demonstrates attacker-controlled database response delays.
