DLL search-order hijacking in Ubiquiti UniFi Video 3.10.13 allows local users to execute code through a planted library. The executable searches its current working directory before trusted library locations, causing an attacker-controlled replacement library to load at startup. Exploitation requires placing the library in that directory and inducing execution; the payload runs with the UniFi Video process account privileges.
