Database takeover via unsanitized password-recovery user ID

SQL injection in Shilpi CAPExWeb 1.1 allows remote attackers to read and alter database data through the password-recovery flow. The servlet/capexweb.cap_sendMail endpoint incorporates an attacker-controlled user ID from a GET request into an Oracle SQL query without parameterization. No authentication or user interaction is required; crafted input can disclose database contents and alter or delete records.
