Improper input validation in Intel E810 Adapter drivers before 1.0.4 for Linux and 1.4.29.0 for Windows allows local users to interrupt service. Intel has not published the affected driver routine, accepted input, or validation error that triggers the failure. Exploitation requires an authenticated local user and affects availability only; the public record does not distinguish a hang, crash, or reboot.
