Administrator account creation via forged user insertion

Cross-site request forgery in EasyCMS 1.6 allows remote attackers to add an administrator account through the user-insertion route. The index.php?s=/admin/rbacuser/insert/navTabId/rbacuser/callbackType/closeCurrent endpoint accepts attacker-chosen credentials in a forged POST request without validating an anti-CSRF token. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to interact with attacker-controlled content, after which the new account has administrative access.
