Unauthenticated internal network access via arbitrary URL fetch

Server-side request forgery in Wcms 0.3.2 allows remote attackers to reach internal hosts and services through the web server. The wex/html.php handler passes the session-derived pagename value directly to file_get_contents, which dereferences an attacker-supplied URL without scheme or destination validation. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful requests can probe internal ports and hosts or invoke commands on URL-aware local services.
