Browser script execution via unneutralized name input
Published Aug 11, 2023 · Updated Oct 9, 2024
Cross-site scripting in Laborator Kalium before 3.0.4 allows remote attackers to execute script through the contact-form name field. The contact form fails to neutralize attacker-controlled markup in the name value before browser interpretation; public records disclose no deeper code locus or persistence behavior. No authentication is required, but another person must interact with affected content, and execution is limited to the browser context of that person.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
