CVE-2020-24061Public exploit

Cookie theft via Firewall menu script injection

Published Sep 12, 2024 · Updated Sep 12, 2024

Cross-site scripting in the Kasda KW5515 Firewall control panel in version 4.3.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to steal cookies via crafted scripts. The Firewall menu renders attacker-supplied script content without neutralizing it, causing execution in a viewer's browser; public records do not identify the affected parameter. Exploitation requires high-privileged access from an adjacent network and user interaction, and the reported impact is limited to browser-context confidentiality and integrity.
