Process crash via null AST root dereference

NULL pointer dereference in cpp-peglib 0.1.12 and earlier allows local users to crash applications through a crafted PEG grammar. AstOptimizer::optimize() queries the child count of a null AST root when the grammar applies the ignore operator to its start rule. Exploitation requires an application to enable AST optimization while processing an attacker-supplied grammar and terminates only the affected process.
