Process crash via nonexistent audio stream index

Denial of service in the FFmpeg MM demuxer at N-98388-g76a3ee996b allows attackers to crash processing via a crafted audio file. The read_packet path assigns an audio packet to stream index 1 even when the input created no audio stream, triggering an assertion in ff_read_packet. A user or application must cause FFmpeg to process the crafted file; the assertion terminates only that FFmpeg process.
